The worldwide significant rise in diabetes is a significant concern. Age-standardized, the prevalence of diabetes was around 11.1% globally. Undiagnosed diabetes cases accounted for about 43% of all diabetes cases, with about 252 million people undiagnosed. According to calculations, diabetes cases will rise to 643 million by 2030. Roughly 1 death every 9 seconds is estimated because of diabetes.

Lifestyle Vs diabetes

Lifestyle has a major role in the development and management of diabetes throughout the world. Those who adopt a healthy lifestyle can avoid diabetes and delay the onset of type 2 diabetes. Poor diets, lack of physical activity increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. Low-income populations are at high risk because of poor diets. High-income people face diabetes because of processed fast food.

Online work from home does not directly cause diabetes, but the risk of developing diabetes, like lack of physical activity and prolonged sitting, I linked to weight gain, which increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Readymade food and drink Vs diabetes

As a routine, use of readymade drinks increases the risk of type 2 diabetes. These drinks have added sugar, which can lead to weight gain and resistance to insulin, both significant risk factors for type 2 diabetes. Thirst and hunger are better than readymade drinks and food.

Blood sugar regular check-ups start at 35, especially for those who have a family history, are positive, or have obesity or weight issues. Blood sugar checking at home has been made easy with blood sugar checking needle machines or automatic machines.

If we are residents of the east or west, it does not matter; if you eat kitchen-cooked food at home, then I am 80% sure we will never face trouble like diabetes, high blood pressure, or weight gain.

We fall into health issues and trouble when we read a label on fast food products and eat; then we are at high risk of all chronic diseases. Eating and drinking from hotels and shops is better than keeping yourself hungry, which will burn body fat and will secure that day’s healthy life
